Our standard method of shipment is Regular Air Post, we are also able to ship via EMS or DHL.
The standard method of shipment is free of charge.
EMS and DHL options are at an additional cost calculated at time of ordering.
Some humidors exclude shipping costs and need to be calculated when the item is ordered. When this is the case, this is stated in the item description for the product.
Larger humidors sometimes are only shipped as freight.
There is a minimum order of $100 per order.
To secure a refund a period of 14 business days is required to fully investigate if the shipment was lost or not.
If the shipment is not an issue and the customer requests a refund due to other reasons, The item needs to be returned at the customers expense and a refund will be issued. The refund policy is 100% refund if we are notified within 10 days.
